About Me
I am a Registered Kinesiologist (R.Kin) with a passion for helping individuals build stronger, healthier bodies through coaching, education, and personalized movement programs. My approach is grounded in evidence-based methods that focus on how you feel, not how you look.
I’ve been where you are. I have tried the traditional gym, wellness apps, free online workouts, run programs, you name it! It wasn't until I sat down, re-evaluated my goals and implemented behaviour change practices that I was able to find joy in what I do and finally stay consistent.
Now, I help others do the same. Whether you're looking for strength and mobility training, coaching, or education, I’ll guide you through a structured, sustainable program designed to fit your lifestyle.
Education and Training
Registered Kinesiologist (R.Kin) in British Columbia.
Bachelors of Kinesiology (B.Kin) and Masters in Medical Science (MSc) from the University of Toronto. My graduate thesis and academic publications explored the effects of physical activity on cardiac function and quality of life in women with breast cancer.
Over 5 years of experience developing physical activity education programs and personalized training programs for women with cancer and chronic disease, and individuals who are new to fitness.
